Scott Libby Elementary School Love Our Schools Day 2025
Painting murals and updating bathroom stalls, taking tires out of our sensory garden, planting flowers, and touching up any prior painting that needs sprucing up.
WHAT TO EXPECT: Painting Project
No experience is necessary—just bring comfortable clothes you don't mind getting paint on, closed-toe shoes, and a positive attitude. All supplies and basic instruction will be provided. You'll work alongside other volunteers and may interact with teachers or staff. Expect to spend 3-4 hours on-site. It's hands-on work that's both fun and rewarding, and you'll leave seeing the immediate impact of your efforts.
WHAT TO EXPECT: Campus Beautification Project
No experience is necessary—just bring comfortable clothes you don't mind getting dirty, closed-toe shoes, and a willingness to help. Tasks may include picking up litter, weeding, painting, planting, or general clean-up depending on the day's needs. All supplies and tools will be provided. You'll work alongside other volunteers tackling different areas of campus. Expect to spend 3-4 hours on-site. It's hands-on, varied work where you'll see the immediate transformation of the school grounds into a more welcoming space for students and staff.
