Path to Wellness Program with the National Kidney Foundation of Arizona
The National Kidney Foundation of Arizona needs general community volunteers (bilingual is a plus) 18 years of age and over with an interest in serving the at-risk community. Diabetes and high Blood Pressure are the leading causes of Kidney failure in the U.S.
Path to Wellness is a FREE community health screening program of the National Kidney Foundation Of Arizona. This program provides FREE community health screenings for these threats and targets at-risk communities.
