Volunteer Opportunity: Food Distribution Support at Ironwood Village
Catholic Charities Community Services is seeking volunteers to assist with a twice monthly food distribution for residents at Ironwood Village, one of our affordable housing communities in Glendale. Through our Resident Services program and partnership with St. Mary’s Food Bank, we provide essential food support to seniors and families in need.
Volunteers help with set-up, organizing food items, distribution, and assisting residents during the event. Your support helps ensure the distribution runs smoothly and efficiently for the community members we serve.
Volunteer Dates & Time:
2nd and 4th Fridays of each month
Volunteer shift: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
(Food distribution runs from 9:00–11:30 AM)

We welcome individuals, corporate groups, faith groups, and community organizations. Ideally, we hope to have up to 15 volunteers at each distribution, but support of any size is greatly appreciated.
