r.\n\nTaking Steps is one of Arizona's largest free college access events,
bringing together approximately 1,800 high school seniors for a day of coll
ege planning, financial aid guidance, scholarship resources, career explora
tion, and postsecondary preparation. For many students, this is their first
opportunity to connect directly with colleges, universities, and community
organizations committed to helping them achieve their goals after high sch
ool.\n\nVolunteer teams are an essential part of making the day a success.
By welcoming students, helping them navigate the event, supporting workshop
s, and assisting with event logistics, volunteers help create an organized,
engaging, and encouraging experience for every student who attends.\n\nVol
unteer opportunities include:\n\n· Student check-in and welcome\n\n· Wayfin
ding and event navigation\n\n· Resource fair support\n\n· Workshop assistan
ce\n\n· General event logistics and student engagement\n\nThe volunteer shi
ft is approximately 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and no prior experience is nece
ssary. Our team provides all training and day-of instructions/supervision.
